About SOAR Co-Working and our Owner, Paula Blair
The idea resulting in SOAR was birthed in 2015 after I saw a 2 page full color article with pictures of a new coworking space in Oregon. I devoured it on the Sunday it arrived. From that point to now, I have had coworking on the brain! It is a labor of love every single day I come to work.
My background is comprised of a hodge podge of group insurance underwriting, recruiting, church leadership and project management. I consider myself the Chief Coworker here at SOAR. I sit in the Shared Space Seating so I experience everything coworkers experience.
We launched in July 2017 with private offices, meeting rooms, and co-working desks, and have received glowing testimonies and reviews from coworkers and the community. Recognition from the Tampa Bay Business Journal
came in 2021, 2022 and 2023 as we hit their list of the Largest Women-Owned Businesses in Tampa Bay (the region, not just the City!). COWORKING MAG also gave us glowing recognition by naming us #2 on their list of the 10 best places to cowork in Tampa for 2021 and 2022.
Do you want to know more about me? You can search for me on LinkedIn to see my complete resume. Please connect with me! You can also like and follow SOAR Co-Working on Facebook and LinkedIn for updates on what’s shaking here!
I am so thankful for this great blessing and opportunity. Every new day is a new experience. Thank you to our Co-workers and the Community. YOU are our why, and our success is also your success.

LinkedIn Local North Tampa
#LinkedInLocal is a meetup concept originally created on LinkedIn with the purpose of meeting your online LinkedIn connections face-to-face, offline. The purpose is to unite people from all walks of life in facilitated events hosted around the world, to genuinely get to know the humans behind the LinkedIn profiles, and connect beyond the job titles, business cards and company names that are so common at most networking events. Proceeds less administrative costs for this event are donated to a local charity in the Tampa Bay area. Every month a different non-profit is chosen as the beneficiary.
LinkedIn Local North Tampa came to life as the Chairperson and Founder, Paula Blair, realized the need for a LinkedIn chapter in our northern suburbs. It has been our privilege to connect many professionals through events curated for that purpose. The biggest reward has been our financial recognition given to local charities. You can find our events by searching Eventbrite for LinkedIn Local North Tampa.
LinkedIn Local North Tampa is not sponsored, endorsed, or operated by LinkedIn.
