Who works at SOAR?
Must I sign a lease or long-term agreement?
No, we sell packages on a month-to-month basis. You pay for it as long as you need it.
Is there a dress code?
Yes. You must wear clothes and shoes.
Is a deposit required?
No. However, we do charge a one-time onboard fee of $79 per person for all packages (desks and offices) except The Basic and Day Passes.
What is a Dedicated Desk?
It is just like it sounds … your personal desk. No one else sits at it. It also includes a locking file cabinet. You can bring a monitor and other personal items and leave them.
Can I make phone calls in the Shared Spaces?
Yes! One room is the designated “quiet” room, and the other room includes coworkers agreeing that it is OK to make and take phone calls. You may also use one of the phone/podcast rooms (included in your package) or the lobby. A Day Passer gets up to 1 hour in a phone room.
What amenities are included?
The workspaces include free parking, great Wi-Fi, water, coffee, tea, snacks, staffed reception, use of the kitchen, lobby and day offices for phone calls, recording podcasts, and hosting webinars.
Can I use your address and receive mail there?
Yes. A USPS form 1583 must be completed and returned to us. You may not use our Suite number but can choose your own 4 digit number to be used as a suffix to our Suite on your Google Business listing.
How do I sign up?
Select the “Register and Buy” button under the package you want to buy or schedule an Onboard at SOAR with a Host. Bring your computer equipment and phone with you.
Can I use a printer?
Yes! Your welcome email includes a link to the utilities that allow you to print and scan.
How do I reserve a meeting room?
We show package owners that process during onboarding. If you don’t own a package, go here, Register for the free Community Member package, select Reservations from the menu, and the rest is self-explanatory. Take advantage of our Meeting Room Monday 50% discount by using discount code MONDAY MEETINGS when reserving a room for a Monday. Call 813-498-1932 for the best price to reserve for a half-day or full day.
How and when do I cancel services?
You can cancel at any time in your phone’s Proximity app, or email us in advance at email@example.com. Services remain active until your next monthly renewal date.
